1) On-going lessons

Lessons are on-going every week except for selected public holidays.

2) Replacement Lessons

Replacement lessons can be arranged if your child misses a lesson. Each replacement lesson must be completed by the following month end to minimise gaps in learning. There is no refund of tuition fee.

3) Lessons during June and December holidays

On-going lessons are conducted during the holidays to enable your child to have a head-start for the academic year ahead. Selected dates may be blocked for rest.  

4) Only one student is turning up for the group lesson

The fee will be adjusted to one-on-one tuition rate. The group rate applies if a minimum of 2 students turn up for the lesson. 

5) Notice Period for Discontinuing Tuition

4 weeks withdrawal notice is required for discontinuing tuition. Your non-refundable deposit (2 lessons fee) will be used to offset the last 2 lessons, following the end of the current month's lesson. Any unattended lessons will be deemed as forfeited after 1 month grace period.

6) Tuition Fee and Deposit Matters

Payment is required before the start of the monthly lessons, latest by 3rd of the month. There is a one-time non-refundable deposit of 2 lessons fee which will be collected together with the first month tuition fee. 

7) Material Fee

A mixture of assessment books and additional materials will be used. Material fee is chargeable every year. There is no refund nor return of unused worksheets should the students discontinue with us at any point in time.

8) All fees are subject to review and revision. 

A group tuition dynamics is made up of the young learners' behavioural characteristics and learning attitudes. To make the learning journey pleasant for everyone, we urge parents to remind your child to

1) Be respectful to the teacher and everyone in the group by not hurling offensive names or make inappropriate and offensive remarks to anyone of us, regardless online or offline tuition

2) Be considerate by not producing unnecessary loud noise that distracts other students and causing bodily harm during lesson time (eg, shoot rubber bands at the students, etc)

3) Take care of the teacher's property by not vandalising them failing which the student must compensate back in the form a new replica of the damaged item.
